Likewise, icrowdhouse has created a network of Platforms from which Originators make their projects available to Investors. These Originator Platforms are integrated into the icrowdhouse Technology Platform, having been developed by icrowdhouse.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "User" should be understood as any person who registers for the icrowdhouse Services as a result of a service provision contract or has provided their Personal Data through the form, budget, conversation telephone or others. Therefore, it applies to all personal data icrowdhouse collects from its Users, both through its Website and the Originator Platforms.

From now on, any reference made in this Privacy Policy to the "Platform" will jointly encompass the "icrowdhouse Technology Platform" and the "Originator Platforms".

2. WHAT KIND OF DATA IS COLLECTED?

The User undertakes and obliges to immediately notify icrowdhouse of any modification of their personal data so that the information contained in their systems is updated at all times, is truthful and does not contain errors.

In the event that the data provided by the User refers to individuals other than himself, the User declares to have informed and obtained their prior consent for the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

3. PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

icrowdhouse will treat the User's personal data that (i) are provided through the corresponding forms; and / or (ii) have been generated as a result of the provision of the Services (the "Personal Data"), for the purposes indicated below:

- Manage access to the Platform: icrowdhouse will process the User's Personal Data in order to manage and provide access, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform.

Additionally, icrowdhouse collaborates with external service providers whose intervention is necessary for the provision of the Services. These providers will be able to access the User's information, although, they will treat it as Treatment Managers with the same guarantees that icrowdhouse applies in the treatment of Personal Data. In some cases, this access can be done by companies that are located outside the territory of the European Union, even in a country with a level of protection not comparable to that of the European Economic Area.
