On the platform we present the details of your investments in 3 levels of information so that you can find what you are looking for easily and simply:

Basic Information

In table format, with filters and a search system, you will be given basic information about the project in which you have invested:

Project identification (name, rating and promoter)
Location (where you have invested)
Statistical information

In table format, with filters and a search system, you will be given statistical information on the progress of the project in which you have invested:

Temporary progress: we identify by means of progress bars if it is on time, delayed, with an extended period or if it has ended (on time, below the deadline or late).
Investment executed: we identify through progress bars if it is on budget, with extra costs or if it has finished (on budget, below budget, with extra costs)
Income received: we identify by progress bars if it is on budget, under budget or if it has finished (on budget, under budget, over budget)
Project result: we identify by means of progress bars if it is in process (when it is still running) or if at the end the result has been as expected, greater than expected or less than expected.
Economic information

In table format, with filters and a search system, you will be given financial information about the status of the funds you have invested:

Funds invested in the project initially.
Divest funds: those invested in the project that have been returned to you.
Live invested funds: those invested in the project that have not yet been returned to you.
Lost funds: those that once the project was closed would not have been returned to you.
Dividends received: income received from the rents or capital gains generated in the project.
Investment flow: your invested funds - the funds divested + the dividends received
Current IRR: the annual profitability that you are obtaining for your investment at that moment, indicating if it is in process (when the project is still in execution) or if at the end it is expected, higher than expected or lower than expected.
Current ROE: the total return that you are obtaining for your investment at that moment, indicating if it is in process (when the project is still in execution) or if at the end it is expected, higher than expected or lower than expected.
