How can you suspend your icrowdhouse account?
If you no longer wish to receive communications or have an account with icrowdhouse, it is within your power to cancel the account.
It is important that, to cancel the account:
Do not have active investments in any of your profiles as an investor
Your balance in all wallets is zero
All this information is modifiable. You must access the platform and follow the following path to be able to modify it: Profile> Settings> Suspend account
The movements in your account will be stored for five years to comply with the sepblac (Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses).
In the indicated link, you will find the button "I want to cancel my account" that will facilitate the procedure to carry out this action.
