Why have I not received an email notification?
If we have sent you an email notification and you have not received it, you have several methods to check what the problem is.
Make sure the email address you use is correct
We may be sending the messages to your old address or one that is not correct. To view or modify the email address associated with your account, log in to airbnb.es from a computer's browser and follow the steps below:
- Accede to Your personal information.
- Find the Email field and verify that the address is correct.
- If it is not correct, change it, go down to the bottom of the page and click on Update.
You can only have one registered email account.
Search among all messages in your inbox
Sometimes, it's easy to ignore an email. Therefore, we recommend that you search your account for the terms "ICrowdHouse", "crowdfunding" or any other word associated with the email you are looking for.
Check the spam folder and mail filters
Another possibility is that your email provider has marked our messages as spam and sent them to the spam folder or to the trash. To avoid it:
- Remove our messages from the spam list.
- Add addresses email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org y email@example.com to your contact book.
If you have set up filters or redirection rules in your account, check if they have been able to cause our emails to be stored in a different location.
Check if there is a problem with your email provider
In some cases, the messages take a few hours to arrive or even get lost. If you suffer this type of problems regularly, contact your provider to verify that there is no error in the configuration or any other type of incident in your network that may be affecting the sending and receiving of mails in your account.
