icrowdhouse is a participatory financing platform authorized by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). We put in professional contact, through our website and our online software, investors who want to get more out of their money with promoters or originators who seek financing to develop their projects.
On icrowdhouse, investors through simple tools and without commissions can start planning their investments with very little money. This allows them to spread the capital between different projects, and diversify the risk.
On icrowdhouse, the originators obtain a unique tool in the market to manage their projects and the relationship with investors as well as a recurring, flexible and scalable source of financing that allows them to increase their developments.
How does it work?
- There are excellent projects in the market that are captured through our network of originators.
- The originators evaluate the project, define the needs, determine the viability and project a performance. They also establish a structure of social capital and indebtedness that allows them to undertake the project with guarantees. The originators contribute a significant percentage of the capital and share the project in icrowdhouse, through our online software, to complete the rest.
- Investors can select the projects in which to invest, subsequently receiving returns and the return of the contributed capital *.
* By investing in a project, investors are acquiring social shares of a company.
icrowdhouse It is not responsible for the total or partial loss of the invested capital, that the expected monetary return is not obtained (the forecasts, and information presented are only business plans, and as such, may be different in the course of operations) , or illiquidity to recover the investment. Social shares in turn have a risk of dilution, of not receiving dividends, of not being able to influence the management of the company and of the restrictions on free transferability inherent in its legal regime.
